After Hours Bar swung open its doors in late 2019 with one simple dream: to give Kyusi a neighborhood bar that actually felt like the neighborhood. No pretense, no velvet ropes—just honest drinks, good food, and bartenders who know your name (and probably your go-to order).
“After hours” has always meant the time when the rest of the world clocks out. Back in the 1800s, it referred to the places that stayed alive when everything else shut down. We like to think we continue that tradition—keeping the lights dim, the glasses full, and the conversations warm long after the day’s hustle fades.
We weathered the pandemic’s storm—shakers in hand and spirits high—earning a loyal following of cocktail lovers fed up with syrupy, cheap imitators. When others closed their doors, we kept ours open, standing as one of the few cocktail havens left in Kyusi.
At After Hours, the heart of every cocktail beats local. We shake, stir, and pour with homegrown spirits and ingredients—each drink a nod to Kyusi’s vibrant character and Filipino craft. From island lambanog and basi to small-batch gins and rums, our menu celebrates local flavor with global swagger—proof that world-class taste can come from your own backyard.
